Beach Haven Mt Martha

Take time to recharge in comfort and stylish simplicity

  • To confirm your booking a deposit of 50% is required. The balance is due to be paid 14 days prior to arrival except for xmas/jan bookings when the balance is due by December 1st.

  • Payment can be made by cheque or direct deposit into our bank account (details advised when booking is made).

  • We reserve the right to charge a Bond.

  • Check in time is 3:00 PM on day of arrival.

 Check out time is 10:30 AM on day of departure, unless alternate arrangements are made at time of booking.

For security reasons we require the following details when a deposit is made:

  • Full name and address
  • Contact details:
    • Mobile Phone
    • Home Phone
    • Business Phone
    • E-mail Address
  • Driver's License details

Cancellation Policy:

  • A confirmed booking cancelled more than one month prior to arrival will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
  • A confirmed booking cancelled less than one month prior to arrival will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
  • A confirmed booking cancelled with less than one week's notice will receive no refund unless a replacement booking is found.
  • During peak holiday periods no refunds will be given.

If any property or goods belonging to Beach Haven Mt Martha are missing or damaged during your stay, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable cost for repair and or replacement.
